What brought me here…
I began my career in international politics, working across Spain and Korea before moving into high-stakes corporate negotiations for global companies including LG and Samsung. That work taught me one thing above everything else: beneath every failed negotiation, every repeated conflict, every stalled decision, there was a structural pattern that nobody was looking at directly.
I went on to earn a doctorate in Clinical Nutrition and built a wellness practice that operated across three continents, working with thousands of clients through seminars, workshops, and intensive programmes. What I kept seeing — regardless of the domain, regardless of the modality — was the same thing. Intelligent, high-functioning people doing everything right and still producing the same outcomes. Not because they lacked effort or insight. Because the structure generating those outcomes had never been identified or addressed.
That observation became the foundation of everything Elegant Alchemy is built on.
What I learned along the way …
Patterns are universal. The stories change. The circumstances change. The cultures, the languages, the ideologies change. But the architecture beneath them follows the same logic whether I am working with a corporate executive in Seoul, a wellness client across three continents, or watching a region hold itself in conflict because letting go of a familiar structure feels more dangerous than the destruction that structure is causing.
What I have learned, above everything, is that people do not stay stuck because they lack intelligence or courage. They stay stuck because the structure they are holding feels like the only thing keeping their reality intact. Letting it go feels like annihilation. It never is. But it feels that way until the moment it collapses and they discover that what was waiting on the other side was available the entire time.
The architecture is universal. Where it lives in each person is completely specific. That precision is what makes this work produce results where everything else has plateaued.
Why I do this work…
The clients who find their way to me have already done everything. The therapy, the coaching, the healing, the strategy. They arrive not because they have given up but because they are precise enough to know that something specific is still running and honest enough to admit they cannot see it alone. Watching that change is unlike anything else I have witnessed across thirty years of working with people. Not the gradual progress of someone improving. The specific moment a structure that has been generating the same outcomes for decades simply stops. The clarity that follows is not something they built. It was always there. The pattern was the only thing obscuring it. That is why I am still here. That moment does not get ordinary no matter how many times I witness it.
