But the truth is far more pragmatic. You see, my origin story is grounded in the careful development of scientific expertise (very nerdy) , alongside the formation of a wellness business where I helped unwell humans heal. Except, even as we worked on their wellness, something wasn’t quite right.

I’d found one part of the evolution equation – the body-but the second part was still MIA.

It wasn’t until I delved into the “root beneath the root” that I finally cracked the code to assisting humans in awakening their true power: Mastering the mind, clearing the blocks, finding ineffective energy models and activating the pure potential of the embodied soul through consciousness.

Today, I’m here to lovingly upgrade your old operating system so you can become unapologetically unleashed and unlimited in EVERY area of your life. Because this is about much more than healing … it’s about unfucking your stuck so you can make magic on demand.

MY STORY

Born with a psychic sensitivity, my childhood was anything but ordinary.

Often considered a loner or an oddball, my life's journey began in diverse corners of the globe as a Navy brat, under the quiet influence of my genius father—an enigmatic figure of alchemist and magician alike who spent most of his life in his shadow.

I found solace in the company of imaginary friends, indulging in the timeless narratives of Russian classics, and expressing my world through the stories . I wrote essays and plays throughout my schooling.

Tarot and the mystical realm became my sanctuary at the young age of 12. I also discovered Carl Jung and his Archetypes beginning a life long love affair.

Upon turning 18, I set off for Spain, driven by a thirst to study international politics. My path then led me to Korea where I taught English to children and rapidly found myself guiding negotiations for industry leaders in powerful conglomerates like LG and Samsung. Toyota extended an enticing high-level position while working in Tokyo for six months. I graciously turned it down and flew back to Korea where I worked until the economic crash. I figured it was time to go “home”. I found myself in Washington D.C. working exactly where I thought I had always wanted to be; working in politics. Funny thing that once you get exactly what you think you want, you realise it wasn’t as “SHINY” as you thought it would be.

Three years after getting everything I “wanted,” I found myself living in London, and once again a student. In the pursuit of a D.Sc in Clinical Nutrition, I discovered the transformative world of coaching and received my diploma in 2011—long before it became ‘a thing’. I was captivated by the self-development industry and, as a certified trainer, I created a successful health and wellness coaching business serving clients globally. I facilitated enriching seminars, retreats, and workshops, touching the lives of thousands across three continents.

I loved working in health and wellness but the allure of the mystical and magical was stronger.

The year 2013 marked a turning point as I experienced a traumatic birth experience with my triplets, leading to severe health complications for them and myself and an intense phase of burnout. This challenging time sparked a psychic re-awakening in 2015, guiding me towards studying more energy work modalities, including the Akashic Records. In the process, I revived my soul's connections with ancient realms—Lemuria, Atlantis, Egypt—and the divine lineage of Magdalene and Isis.

The heart-wrenching loss of my beautiful three-year old Isabelle in 2016 led to a profound "Dark Night of the Soul," a period that divided my life into a distinct 'before' and 'after'. During this transformative time, I discovered the practicality of Gene Keys and Human Design in business strategy and marketing, applying both and aligning with my natural flow. This journey led to a deep acceptance of my neurodivergence after years of questioning my unique identity.

It was in this self-discovery that I acknowledged my 'otherness' as my true genius.

It is here I begin my journey guiding other new aeon leaders into embracing their power.

When I was 14, I wrote a list of everything I wanted to achieve by the time I was 30. I’ve ticked off EVERY single thing on my list … without thinking about it (but a few of them made the nuns blush).

I’m Unapologetically Imperial.

I’ve dined with three different kings, and I learned how to drive stick shift in a Ferrari.

Certified Sudoku Puzzle Solver… (Just Kidding)

In addition to being a certified Sudoku puzzle solver (I wish that were a thing), I’ve also earned advanced degrees as a Clinical Nutritionist and Biochemist, and qualified as a Functional Medicine Practitioner. I’m also a Master in several energy healing techniques and a Master of Akashic Records Readings with Jungian Coaching and Archetypal Consulting qualifications...all of this and more is the basis of Conscious Diagnosis, my own modality that helps get to the core of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blocks.
