As well as the fascinating and helpful Akashic Record work and deep energy healing that I was doing with Sophia, she also used a healing modality called Body Response that she had been refining. In essence, it was a way of working remotely with a pendulum to mine sweep through the body and psyche for trapped emotions. These emotions , belief systems, thought forms, and even entities ,could be recent, old or even belonging to ancestors. A lot of people would release these blocks and move on with their lives but with certain people these emotions become stuck and hold us back from being whole and healthy.
I have an excellent memory and can remember events as far back as when I was a baby. 95% of the time I was able to recall almost immediately the event that the dowsing was picking up on. As soon as the trapped emotion had been identified, Sophia would disperse it and send healing to fill its place.
I was continually astounded at the speed and accuracy with which Sophia deployed this healing modality. Some of what was coming up was pretty heavy stuff - a lot of grief and heartbreak which figures because my life hasn’t been a barrel of laughs with a fistful of near-death experiences and dark nights of the soul as my norm!
The episode that was quite jaw-dropping was when the emotions of ‘shock, disgust and unworthiness’ cropped up at a specific age when my life was so awful that I literally grubbed along the bottom for several years, barely surviving. Her dowsing revealed that it was my hair that actually registered these emotions. I wasn’t even aware at the time that I was being targeted by a completely psychotic person who I later found out was using powerful black magic to try and destroy me. During that 6 year period I had been complaining every day that there was something badly wrong with my hair and that it was falling out by the handful every day. I normally have shiny, bouncy hair but it was anything but. I had no idea that I was the target of such destructive and hateful behaviour that was causing utter devastation on so many levels and yet somehow my subconscious knew and was registering everything that was happening to me. For some reason these emotions were manifesting in my hair.
I screamed when this information came to the surface. There’s no way that Sophia could have known about my permanent ‘bad hair day’ that had become an obsession of mine. I had spent hundreds of pounds on shampoos, conditioners, treatments, vitamins - the whole shebang. Nothing worked. Within a week of Sophia identifying and removing these trapped emotions, my hair has returned to its former lush, full-bodied glossy glory. I wish I could return all the costly and useless hair products and get my money back! Quantum Coring definitely worked for me.

I was in a truly desperate state having been diagnosed with viral arthritis when I had my first session with Sophia. I couldn't walk and could barely move having always been extremely fit and mobile this state of debilitation was unbearable to me. I have never been unable to work and I was really depressed.
Sophia is not the sort of healer I have encountered in the past, she has a very business-like approach to establishing what the problem is and fixing it as quickly as possible. Her down to earth manner and sense of humour allows even the most personal and sometimes embarrassing issues to be discussed with ease.
I cannot recommend Sophia enough, I have had a session with Sophia once a month for the last four months each time the improvements have been incredible. One week after my first session, I could hold a cup with one hand, not two, could walk for short distances and could bend down, things which we all take for granted until you can't do them.
Having only completed the fourth earlier this week and I can honestly say that I am nearly back to my former self. Once the last session has had a chance to bed in and delivers results, (which I have found takes about two weeks following the session), I'm sure I will be one hundred percent back to normal.
This type of treatment requires faith if it's outside of your normal realm, listen to what she says, be truly honest, and trust that it will work because it will........
