I went from feeling indecisive, and pulled around by my staff’s needs to feeling clear, direct, and confident in my leadership as a business owner.

Over the course of Energy Mastery I have seen myself step boldly into my authentic leadership style. Communication with my team has became enhanced, and I I feel much more unapologetic in who I am and the way I show up a women in business.

Working with Sophia has helped a great deal in stressful situations. Sophia helped me overcome fears around public speaking and teaching. She was always right there when I came up against challenges or was moving through fears.  It was immensely helpful to always have someone there outside of friends, co-workers, and  family to speak to about business challenges. It was incredibly empowering to have a confident business mentor to lean into especially another woman in business. There is something so powerful about a woman giving another woman mentoring and support.

Through Sophia’s teachings she showed me how to embrace my dark feminine side in business in a sometimes more masculine environment, and showed me how to utilize that  in business and leadership.  She understands the daunting task of showing up in a sometimes more masculine business environment.   You don’t think your allowed to do that,  but it’s better, and its more authentic so you feel more empowered as a woman in business.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I signed up with Sophia. I knew I wanted change, and that I wasn’t showing up as my best. This program has really shifted so much for me all areas of life.

I heard Sophia’s voice in my head on many occasions- with different strategies we had created  to move me through different challenges and each time it helped me get over a hump.

Sophia has an intuitive and a unique way of sensing what’s present and what needs to be dealt with.  Regularly having someone you can touch base with as a business owner, has provided consistent mindset training - that has kept me feeling aligned,  building a lot of successful momentum. Having to be accountable allowed me to make progress. I am really at my best and feel so prepared for what’s ahead after each session.
